ìlúbìrin will offer extensive parking options both for residents and visitors, insuring there is space for all. 3,500 bays will be located in semi-basements within each residential block, with access ramps positioned carefully to limit impact on the walkability of ìlúbìrin’s streets. In addition, there will be 500 bays in multifunctional parking courtyards accessed via ramps from street level and 100 street bays along Labalaba Street, local cross streets and Marine Drive.
To cater for performances and events, there will be multifunctional parking structures at the northern and eastern entrances.
