Despite the impact of COVID-19 and the temporary closure of our marketing suite, with the current ease of lockdown in Lagos, development progress at ìlúbìrin continues on-site as we work towards key deadlines whilst maintaining social distancing, hygiene and following guidelines. Our construction team are currently working hard on access roads and the clearing of canals, ensuring these are clean and picturesque for the future ìlúbìrin community.
Further exciting developments this month include the assembling and construction of internationally sourced building cladding on the first residential blocks of phase one. Residential blocks have been designed by the internationally acclaimed SAOTA team and this marks a significant step closer to making their considered designs a reality.
Ensuring delivery of FIDC’s vision of creating a new lagoonside lifestyle and building sophisticated homes of global standards, local and international teams have been paired for their unique understanding of the industry and to perfectly manage design considerations for ìlúbìrin. International teams delivering the project are SAOTA architects and GAPP urban planners along with local teams of Arbico Plc and ECAD Architects, representing wide-ranging skills and expertise key to the success of the ìlúbìrin development.
